Structure shall be a glued laminated pavilion over a 4" minimum thickness reinforced concrete slab. Structure shall have a clear space, without a center column or open knee bracing. Structure shall be designed by professional engineers. The owner or contractor shall be responsible for unloading, temporary storage, soil testing (if necessary), site preparation, concrete slab, and erection of structures. Owner or contractor is responsible for protection of materials after arrival.
