RFQ Design - Architectural / Engineering Services - New High School - Pine Bluff School District

Pine Bluff School District (the “District”) is seeking a qualified firm to provide architectural and engineering design services for a new High School and other potential building projects. The RFQ will run in the legal section of the Arkansas Democrat/Gazette. Design professionals are expected to have architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering experience for new construction projects as well as renovations and upgrades to existing buildings and sites. Additional experience with interior design (materials, equipment, colors, textures, etc.) is preferred. The design firm will provide all programming, planning, design, document development, bidding assistance, construction contract administration, project closeout, and warranty inspection for all aspects of the project(s). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The District plans a new High School Facility that has been funded as a Space Replacement project from the Academic Facilities Partnership Program. The new building will be approximately 115,000sqft and include areas for Academic Core, Special Education, Student Dining, Food Service, Media Center, Performing Arts, and Administrative Spaces. pecific project experience. 4. During the evaluation process, the District Board of Education reserves the right, in the best interest of the District, to request additional information or clarification, to perform reference checks, and to request a meeting with the Proposer, or to reject any and all proposals.
