Description

1. Provide all supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work. 2. Coordinate service schedule with Director of Maintenance and check in with each respective school to ensure school authorities are aware of their presence prior to starting site work. 3. Mow all storm water retention pond areas to include the pond bottoms (dry ponds), embankments, side slopes, perimeter areas, and access areas. Vegetation must be maintained to normal water line throughout the entire area and not exceed 12” in height, or shorter than 4” in height. 4.. Dispose of all grass clippings, leaves, soil trash or other debris and remove from immediate pond area, to prevent clogging of drain inlets and prevent bacteria from being released into the pond soil. 5. Herbicides are NOT to be used. 6. Contractor will remove all trees and tree roots from retention pond dams and embankments to prevent decomposition with the embankment, and then plug/fill all voids. 7. Note any areas of concern, such as erosion, fence repairs, additional stone required etc., and provide a quote for correcting the issue with the Director of Maintenance. 8. Provide service documentation to the Director of Maintenance. 9. Contractor will be liable for all damages from contractor personnel and/or Mechanical equipment used or controlled by the Contractor. Maintenance during periods of extreme rain is not mandated and equipment should only enter these areas when reasonably accessible. 10. Brush in selected areas shall be cut as close to ground level as possible. 11. Linear feet and acreage will vary by site. Contractor is responsible for any measurements needed.
