| Description | include removal and hauling of existing garage doors and openers. The replacement doors must be heavy duty aluminum full view garage doors, black anodized rails and styles, 15" radius standard 3" track, minimum 50K cycle torsion springs, minimum 1/8" clear tempered clear glass, fully weather stripped with black weather stripping around the perimeter of the opening, black anodized rails and styles, and an inside slide lock. Door Sizes are as follows: 1- 24ft wide x 12ft high with an opener 2- 12ft wide x 12ft high with an opener 3- 12ft wide x 12ft high with an opener Garage door openers will be a minimum of ½ hp motor running 110v. Openers will include commercial grade photo safety sensors. Garage Door openers will include: 1. Red and Green traffic light clearance signal kit for each door. 2. Two (2)- Three (3) button wall stations for each door. One (1) located next to door and one located by main entry door for each door. 3. One (1) entry key pad for just one door 4.
