Description

The general scope involves sitework including surveying, erosion control, storm water modification, grading as shown on Civil Plans from Paramounte Engineering dated November 2020; construction of hitting facility including footings, slab, masonry, engineered sealed design & erection of metal building, electrical, and finishes as shown on plans SBHS Hitting Facility Plans provided by Goodrich Architecture dated 08/3/2020; terms from WBHS Hitting Facility General Conditions and all incidental work relating to project in order to provide complete and operating system. Extending concrete walk at Front Gate and installing 5’ concrete sidewalk per Civil Plans provided by Paramounte Engineering. Demo existing Hitting Building and attached structures, existing concrete pad and footings and existing batting cages. Removal and disposing of debris in proper fashion.
