Description | Engineer's Estimate: $1,114,767.50 The Project consists of constructing pickleball court including installation of storm water improvements, site improvements, landscaping, and power conduit. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions. The deadline for submittal of questions is August 8, 2022 at 12:00 pm. All questions should be submitted to Shane Taggart. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Default of Bidder shall occur upon the failure of Bidder to deliver within the time required by the Bidding Documents (or any extension thereof agreed to in writing by Owner) the executed Agreement required by the Bidding Documents and any performance and payment bonds required by the Bidding Documents. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. |
