Description

Contractor to perform parking lot reshaping and paving work at the Alternative Educational Academy (AEA) site located at 40 W. M-55 in Tawas City, MI. The contract will include excavation, base and subbase preparation, hot mixed asphalt (2,495+/- SY), installation of 120+/-LF of storm piping (new underground pipe from two existing roof downspouts), 365+/-SF concrete flatwork (building entrances and dumpster pad), and approximately 48 LF of 6’H screened chain link fencing/gates (at dumpster).
