| Description | The scope of work covers evaluation, inspection, reporting, preservative treatment and reinforcement when necessary of approximately 8,251 wood poles annually. Currently the participants of this RFP maintain an 8-year distribution inspection schedule and a 2-year schedule on their transmission system. The term of this agreement shall be for four (4) years, with four (4) one year options for extension by mutual consent. Prices as stated herein will be firm for the first four years of the agreement. |
