The City of Soledad (City) is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed individuals or firms to act in the capacity of staff augmentation as the Citys Project Manager (PM) for all phases of Soledads Municipal Complex Expansion and Upgrades Project. The PM will be tasked with project scope development including facilitating a City Council Workshop to finalize the project scope of work, followed by contracting all project phases including: Facility Planning including Space Planning; Concept Design & Cost Estimating; Planning/Environmental; Detailed Design; Grant Funding; Construction; and Construction Management.
