Description

Remove the existing heat pumps and install two (2) replacement heat pumps. The systems currently rate at one and one-half (1.5) tons unit with a 10 kW electric reheat, and a three (3) ton unit with a 10 kW electrical reheat. These systems will be replaced with new heat pumps and reheats (base of design Trane XR15 Series 4TWR5018G1 & 2/4TEC3F18A1000A with 9.6 kW electric reheat, and Trane XR15 Series 4TWR5036G1 & 2/4TEC3F36A1000A with 15.36 kW electric reheat) to service the Special Education and Accounts Payable office areas
