Terrazzo Flooring Replacement

As of April 14, 2023, all bids for this project has been rejected. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the project will be rebid. Contractor shall provide all the labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and installation of new terrazzo flooring at the lobby and first floor stair at De Neve Cedar, Dogwood, Evergreen and Fir residential buildings. The University currently anticipates Phase 1 to begin no sooner than June 19, 2023 and to be completed no later than July 31, 2023, and Phase 2 to begin no sooner than August 1, 2023 and to be completed by August 31, 2023. The work will be performed when the buildings are unoccupied, during Summer 2023.
