RFQ - Broadway Corridor Study

The City of Littleton is seeking statements of interest and qualifications from consultants to conduct a study of the Broadway Corridor from roughly Broadway Station in Denver to the Highlands Ranch Town Center Park-n-Ride. The City of Littleton (lead agency) is partnering with the Cities of Denver, Englewood, and Centennial, along with Arapahoe and Douglas Counties. This study will take an in-depth look at transportation, land use, and economic development opportunities throughout the corridor with the goal of creating a comprehensive vision to guide future planning, design, and construction. The final outcome of the project will be a comprehensive document that makes specific recommendations on changes to the corridor to address challenges and achieve an agreed-upon vision for Broadway. The report will also need to include an implementation plan with specific strategies for each jurisdiction to follow in making the recommendations from the study a reality.
