Design/Build Services for Renaissance Substation Ring Bus Expansion

This project will consist of an expansion to an existing 138 kV ring bus located in HPS’ Renaissance Substation, looping the existing FPL Florida City-Princeton 138 kV line through the 138 kV ring bus and connecting it to the existing HPS Lucy-Renaissance 138 kV line. This Request for Proposals (RFP) contains information and instructions to enable interested Proposers to prepare and submit a Proposal and describes the terms and conditions that the successful Proposer will be expected to accept as part of the performance of the Contract for the engineering, procuring, and constructing of the expansion of the 138 kV ring bus expansion at Renaissance Substation. Renaissance Substation is located at on HPS property on Park of Commerce Blvd, in Homestead, FL in Miami-Dade County.
