Description

The VA Central Western Mass requires repair and replacement of exterior building components for the masonry and roof structures of multiple buildings. Work on buildings shall include repair and replacement of roofs, snow guards, remediation and abatement of lead and asbestos, repair or replacement of structural building components, rafters, frames, gutters, downspouts, eaves, fascia, vents, flashing, beams, sheathing, expansion joints, underlayment and other building components and repair, replacement and repointing of masonry.
