| Description | The installation of interconnecting piping and instrumentation conduit and cabling and low voltage power conduit and cabling to a new air compressor provided and installed by the University. Piping to be installed includes process air piping, lake water (cooling water) supply and return piping, and compressor drain piping. Electrical work consists installation of a 480V power feed to the compressor and installation of instrumentation and control wiring to the new compressor and system instruments. Existing air compressor demolition and removal, new housekeeping pad, and new air compressor package including setting of unit in place will be completed by the University. A 480V fused disconnect switch and breaker will be supplied by the University. |
