Architectural and Engineering Team Led by an Executive Architect for a New Fire Training Facility

Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Team led by an Executive Architect to provide architectural, engineering, and related services to design a new Fire Training Facility for the San Francisco Fire Department. The project will relocate the SFFD’s existing training sites to a site located at 1236 Carroll Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94124. The A/E Team led by an Executive Architect must have expertise in fire training facilities programming and design. The A/E Team will be coordinating design with Public Works Bureau of Architecture (SFPW BOA) that will develop the office/administrative building component of the overall project. SFPW BOA will be the Architect of Record for the office/administrative building. The A/E Team will be responsible for all other building components and the site development in combination with Public Works Bureau of Landscape Architecture (SFPW BOLA) for landscaping. SFPW BOA will render Programming for the entire project. The A/E Team including the Subject Matter Expert (SME) is expected to join SFPW BOA and SFPW BOLA at the beginning of the Schematic Design phase. The A/E Team will provide a peer review of the programming phase when they are brought onboard.
