Description | The Office of Air and Marine (OAM) National Air Security Operations Center - Jacksonville, consists of approximately 34,960 square feet (SF) of Admin and warehouse space and 38,034 square feet (SF) of hangar space and was built in 1984 and 1944 respectfully. Together there are 50 CBP employees and 80 government contractors. OAM mission operations have created a requirement to upgrade their electronic gate. Task 1: To replace the existing broken entry gate, fill gaps under the date with cement to include v track as required. Reinstall lift master gate operator and rebolt to cement to secure hardware as required to secure and repair the gate. Seal tile and fittings. Task 2: Replace the current cantilever slide gate and gate post pore concrete to support installation, across the drive way and to secure all gate posts. Move gate hardware to stop gate from hitting hardware. Include all gate package materials to replace the gate. Drive chain must support daily usage for a minimum of 10 years. One year warranty or applicable construction warranty, Provide all the necessary equipment, materials, labor, tools, and supervision. |
