Repairs to Police Department Roof - Hurricane Florence Damages

The roof area is approximately 10,300 square feet and work must include the following: Perform relief cuts in the existing EPDM (rubber) to relax the stress points Install geotextile fabric mat over existing EPDM Install new, white, .40 mil custom fabricated single-ply Duro-Last PVC membrane system Install with custom fabricated deck sheets -roll goods are not permitted The Duro-Last roof system shall be mechanically attached to existing roof system Install Duro-Last custom fabricated curb flashings Install termination bar at curbs and as needed for roof top details Install new pipe boots on all pipes that penetrate the roof decking Encapsulate the top of all parapet walls by terminating the membrane on the outside edge of the parapet with a 4 inch wide, 2-piece compression detail Metal details must be fabricated with a painted aluminum and installed with stainless steel fasteners Install Duro-Last two-way vents, one per 1000 sf. for moisture relief Install new Duro-Last drain boots and CDR rings Install new dome, drain strainers at all drains Install new scuppers/pitch pockets as needed
