Description

Performing a LiDAR survey for a 23-mile long, 138kV single circuit 795ACSR Drake transmission line with 7#8Al static/shield wire along a 100’ wide, rural Right of Way. Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is requesting the contractor to provide a proposal for technical resource(s) on a time and materials engagement to perform duties as further described in the RFQ documentation. Though most of the Right of Way is “rear lot”, it is truck accessible throughout. The transmission line endpoint coordinates are (29.88, -82.134) and (29.759546, -82.388272). A .kmz file for the transmission line is available upon request.
