The project includes the re-development of a mixed-use property at 401 to 411 Mill St. Plans are said to include nearly 6,600-square-feet of retail space and 235 parking spaces in a garage. A full scope of work has not been determined. The project appeared before the Architectural Review Board for the City of Occoquan on February 22, 2022 and is under review.
