| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials for a preventative maintenance service as specified herein. a. The term of this contract is to for 730 days (2 Years) and to cover all required testing and inspections during that time period as required below. b. Work shall be bid as a lump sum (730 days or 2 Years). The attached supplemental cost sheet is to be filled out and returned with the bid documents. c. Invoices permitted quarterly upon completion of work for that quarter. d. Work shall include providing approved Emergency Services at an additional charge to the contract. |
