Description

Provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services which are required for constructability reviews, contract administration, inspection, and the coordination of materials sampling and testing for the Mayport Dock Redevelopment Project. The initial phase of the redevelopment will be the construction of two new docks approximately 200 feet and 155 feet in length at 4638 Ocean Street. The larger dock will be a fixed dock, and the smaller dock will be a floating dock. Construction will include electrical, plumbing, and sanitary services to the proposed fixed dock. JSEB goal:20%
