Mechanical Equipment Replacement - 2022

1. Refurbish Cooling Tower - Includes replacing fill, nozzles, louvers, motor, bearings, belt, and epoxy coating pan. Also includes replacing cooling tower pumps. 2. Replace HVAC Hot Water Boiler - Replace existing HVAC boiler with 2 condensing boilers, including primary recirculating pumps. New system will be variable primary, variable secondary. The boilers have built in controllers, daisy-chained together, that handle all lead/lag and cascading functions. 3. Replace Heat Exchanger - Replace existing heat exchanger with similar. Includes replacing existing system pumps to WSHP loop. 4. Rebuild Energy Recovery Units - Replace components and controls for 3 energy recovery units. Includes upgraded control system, replacement of exhaust dampers and actuators, replacement of modulating face and bypass actuators. 5. Replace Water Source Heat Pumps - Replace 35 existing water source heat pumps. Includes replacement of condensate drain piping 6. Replace Split System Air Source Heat Pumps - Replace 10 existing air cooled heat pumps and associated air handling units with electric heat. Includes replacement of condensate drain piping.
