Description

Base Bid $360,000.00 Alternate M-1 (add for duplex water softener) $10,000.00 Alternate M-2 (add for domesting hot water heater) $24,000.00 This is a rebid project with a reduced scope. New project scope is to replace two (2) existing hot water boilers in second floor mechanical room 201W with new conventional forced air combustion, non-condensing boiler units. Existing hot water system pumps will remain. Existing temperature controls will remain and will be expanded to include control of new boiler pumps BP-1 and BP-2. New electric actuators shall be provided for existing combustion air dampers and for existing hot water system bypass valve.
