Maple Avenue Substation 115Kv Switchgear Replacement

1. Modify/upgrade two (2) existing 115kV S&C circuit switchers and replace three (3) existing “B” line protection relays. 2. Disconnect, remove, and dispose two (2) 115kV circuit switchers and install two (2) Owner provided 115kV circuit switchers on the existing concrete caisson foundations. 3. Supply and install three (3) new SEL-421 relays and reinstate existing relay IO and communication wiring on the new relays. 4. Test new SEL-421 relays for all three 115kV circuit switchers, complete electrical and operational testing of the new circuit switchers, and download the setting files to all new relays. 5. Complete interconnection wiring connections between the new A10H and A20H circuit switchers and the existing PRP1 & 2 cabinets and terminate all control wiring coming into the control panels. 6. Final testing/commissioning to place into service all new equipment installed under this contract.
