Iron Horse Boulevard West Reconstruction

PUBLIC PURCHASE: Bidders are encouraged to register with the City of North Richland Hills Purchasing Manager, Scott Kendall, via email at purchasing@nrhtx.com. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to register as a planholder with the City of North Richland Hills. Questions pertaining to this project should be submitted via Public Purchase where the bid is advertised. Minimum wage rates to all laborers and mechanics on the project must not be less than as provided in the Contract Documents and Wage Provisions must particularly comply with all other applicable wage laws of the State of Texas. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of North Richland Hills may require, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to select a bid best suited to the City of North Richland Hills' best interest. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, the City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date on which bids are opened. SUMMARY OF WORK Reconstruction of Iron Horse Boulevard West from Browning Drive to Rufe Snow Drive including approximately 12,700 square yards of 8" concrete pavement, 14,000 square yards of lime stabilized subgrade, 1,300 square yards of sidewalk, and other associated items. The roadway reconstruction is reconstruction of the existing street and not a roadway expansion. The section includes 4 lanes with a 14' median and turn lanes.
