| Description | This specification describes Annual Condenser Cleaning/Testing for the McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility for the use of the Solid Waste Department of the City of Tampa. Questions regarding this bid should be referred to Bobby Baker, WTE Maintenance Supervisor. Questions shall be submitted by email to bobby.baker@tampagov.net. Questions pertaining to the Bid document will be accepted up to five days prior to the scheduled opening date and time referenced above. Per the City of Tampas Communication Policy during any solicitation period including any protest and/or appeal, there should be no contact with City officials or employees, other than with the individual listed above, the Director of Purchasing or the Legal Department, permitted from any Bidder. Such communication shall result in an automatic disqualification for selection in the pending solicitation and any subsequent City solicitations for a period of six (6) months, no matter the outcome of the solicitation or any protest and/or appeal |
