Description

The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMC VAMC) operates several grease tanks to capture grease before entering the sewage system. A preventive maintenance services contract is necessary to ensure that the grease is removed, the tanks and lines are cleaned, the sewer and storm sewer lines and manholes are water jetted as prescribed at the intervals listed below. In order to provide these preventative and maintenance services, the Contractor shall furnish all parts, services, tools, equipment, labor, facilities, transportation and supervision.
