Warehouse Freezer and Cooler Renovation

Nutrition Services desires to replace the current freezer refrigeration equipment located at the South Freezer and Cooler of the District's warehouse. The existing freezer and cooler refrigeration equipment are located on the roof of the warehouse, however, Nutrition Services requires that the new freezer and cooler refrigeration equipment be installed within a locked, fenced in area, on a ground-level concrete pad on the South side of the warehouse. Nutrition Services also requires that the old freezer and cooler refrigeration equipment be removed and disposed of. The South freezer is 70,000 cubic feet and the cooler is 25,000 cubic feet.
