Description

Scope of work will take place within the Tidewater Gardens neighborhood and includes but is not limited to, all supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary for demolition, hazardous materials abatement, utility work, and site work. The proposed project requires the demolition of 16 Brick & CMU buildings and associated porches, walkways, fencing, site walls, and miscellaneous site improvements and utility connections and disconnections. Utility demolition includes the removal or relocation of NRHA owned private utilities (sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage, gas, heat trench, and site electrical). The contractor will also be required to isolate or modify existing utilities to facilitate work on the units while other buildings still rely on existing infrastructure. 5 buildings are on a pile foundation and will also require complete pile removal.
