| Description | A Non-Collusive Affidavit and a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amounts are also required and must be submitted along with each bid. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the submitted bid. The apparent low bidder will subsequently be required to submit all supporting documentation described in HUD Section 3 and others within ten (10 days from bid opening.
