RFP Construction Manager - Libraries Study Space Renovations

The Trustees of Purdue University will solicit and interview prospective CMc firms for the Libraries Study Space Renovations project. This project will repurpose approximately 26,200 GSF in the Humanities, Social Sciences and Education Library (HSSE) in the Stewart Center and the Mathematical Sciences Library in the Mathematical Sciences Building (MATH) on the West Lafayette campus. This repurposing of space will create new student study space in the core of the academic campus. Additionally, 48,600 GSF of minor preparation work will be completed at 2550 Northwestern Ave. Facility (2550) and high-density shelving will be installed to create a book repository. Current book storage at the Hicks Undergraduate Library (HIKS), HSSE, MATH, and LYNN will be relocated to 2550. HIKS and LYNN would be able to be repurposed in the future.
