Installation of Bird Netting for Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) Tower Near El Paso, TX

Contractor shall: • Provide all necessary labor (or sub-contract labor) of appropriate skill to accomplish all tasks in this SOW • Submit Work Plan and Close Out Report as Described in Section 3.0 • Travel as necessary to accomplish all tasks in the SOW. • Provide specialized services to accomplish all tasks specified in the SOW. • Obtain necessary local permits for work. • Provide procurement services as required for materials and equipment. • Must submit and clear a law enforcement clearance through the local CBP sector office for all personnel including sub-contractor personnel • Complete all tasks as required in Section 3.0 • Provide deliverables as required in Section 3.1 • Schedule and coordinate as required by Section 4.0 • Provide progress/compliance as required in Section 4.0. • Coordinate with Government Inspector during assembly and installation to provide access for inspections and final acceptance • Coordinate with Government Project Manager prior to assembly and installation efforts to set a schedule, and facilitate site access and other operational needs,
