Rotterdam Fire District 2 Site Renovations and Improvements - Plumbing

The Rotterdam Fire District #2 is receiving Plumbing Construction bids on the above referenced construction project for its 1400 Curry Road, Schenectady, NY 12306 facility/property. The overall project will encompass (but not be limited to) 43,000+/-sf of access road and parking lot reconstruction; concrete curbing, sidewalks, and pads; site utilities (electrical, water, and sanitary sewer); grinder pump installations; stormwater drainage and management system upgrades including a detention pond; interior building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction; new firehouse doorway vestibule and canopies; new 2,888sf (2)-story wood-framed storage garage; new 3,190sf wood-framed pavilion with 660sf CMU-enclosed kitchen, restrooms, and storage/utility room areas; site parking lot and building lighting, fencing, and miscellaneous landscaping. In accordance with Wicks Law, this Plumbing Construction bid is (1)-one part of (4)-four separate bid package opportunities for this project consisting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction.
