| Description | Replace Stairs at Recreation Center INTRODUCTION The City of Conroe is seeking proposals for the replacement of the Westside Recreation Center Stairs, located at 10245 Owen Drive, Conroe Texas 77304, as per the Project Manual and Drawings provided in this RFP. The City of Conroe is interested in working with a firm that has extensive experience in managing the construction of stair installations. The City will also place strong emphasis on the evaluation criteria used to determine "The best Value" for the City of Conroe concerning this project. |
