Description | SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS BACKGROUND: Jesse Brown VA Conference Rooms require an upgrade of audio/visual hardware and software for the control and setup for presentations and meetings in the Kizer Conference rooms. These rooms are of vital importance to the mission of Jesse Brown. Without an upgrade the system will continue to not meet the need of the facility for conducting meetings effectively. SCOPE: Purchase and install upgrade for the Jesse Brown Kizer Conference rooms audio/visual system. Provide an upgrade or replacement of the existing conference setup. The core of this upgrade will be replacing and configuring the hardware and software for individual room setup, as well as being able to group rooms together as needed. Staff training to be included. Specific Tasks/Deliverables: Initial upgrade Furnish, install, and program three (3) wall docks, mounting kits, and 18 Watt power supplies compatible with existing TST-902 touch screens Furnish, install, and program three (3) partition sensors for auto room sensing and configuration Furnish, install, and program overhead microphone systems better than or equivalent to the PARLE TCM-1 that provide coverage throughout the Kizer Conference rooms Furnish, install, and program three (3) professional audio/visual presentation cameras systems better than or equivalent to the RoboSHOT 12E HDBT OneLINK Bridge System Furnish and install HDMI, USB, power, and Cat6 network cabling required for system hardware to operate Test system and provide reports of system operability Provide user and technical training Compatibility with current system a. All hardware, software, equipment, supplies, etc. will be compatible with the existing Crestron and BIAMP systems Warranty The equipment installed should include a 12 month parts warranty and 12 month labor warranty, following the date the system is officially activated with first beneficial use of the system. |
