| Description | The City intends to remove and replace the thermoplastic membrane roofing on the North end of the Public Utilities building located at, 9150 South 150 East, Sandy Utah. This work shall be completed by a qualified roofing contractor who is approved, authorized, or licensed by a roofing system manufacturer to install manufacturer’s product and must be eligible to receive the manufacturer’s warranty. Bidder shall provide within their proposal. Disconnect and Remove (5) Old Air handling units and (2) Ventilating Fans. Replace the North End Membrane Roof at the Public Utilities Facility, 9150 South 150 East, Sandy (65,044 square feet) Approximately. The Contractor will be responsible to replace sub roofing were the equipment was removed. |
