Description

Phase 2 of the Hennepin County Health Services Building Smoke Control will complete the variable speed drive and motor replacement and control repairs to the central modular air handling units on each floor. Remaining supply and return fan variable speed controllers to be replaced with new variable frequency drive. Remaining supply and return fan motors to be replaced. Remaining air handling unit building automation controllers and pneumatics to be replaced and integrated into existing fire alarm system.
