Dema Roll Up Door Installation Building L4255 Single

Request a contractor to provide a firm, fixed price to add a Roll up door to the Heat Trainer building L5255. The project is located at the Florence Military Reservation, Florence, Arizona. 1. The Roll up door opening shall be cut into the metal back wall in order to accommodate a new, 10’ x 14’ steel roll up door. 2. The new entry way shall have new steel supports, 16ga red iron and 16ga red iron supports that are tied into the main support structure of the building. All trim work installed shall match the existing building trim and finishes. 3. The new door and doorway shall be painted to match the existing colors of the trim and doors on the building. 4. The new roll up door shall be a mechanical steel door that has R value 19 with locking mechanisms on each side. 5. A new ramp pad shall be constructed on the outside of the building at the new entryway. 6. Pad shall be set at existing grade and set with forms for a 5’ x 14’ slab. Concrete shall be poured with 3500 psi fiber re-enforced, with expansion joints as needed and with a broom finish.
