Elm Street Park Inclusive Playground Replacement Project

**As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded to Central Coast Playgrounds awarded amount is $106,399.50 ** Ownership: Public Project City, State: Arroyo Grande, California Engineer's Estimated Cost: $130,000 to $130,000 Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: Class A or C-61/D-34 Project Duration: 30 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% In general, removing existing playground equipment, removing and replacing concrete sidewalk, construction of concrete curb, and the installation of the new playground equipment. The new playground equipment has been purchased by the City of Arroyo Grande and is currently being stored at the City Corporation Yard, 1375 Ash Street, Arroyo Grande, California. The Contractor will be responsible for relocating the Playground equipment from the storage site to the project site. The pour-in-place surface, and the landscaping in the planters will be completed by others under a separate contract
