Description | Late bids will be retained unopened. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $85,000 to $95,000. The character of the work is on-call streetlight maintenance, installation and repairs. Quantities listed in this package are estimates for one year's work based on the past year's work - true quantities will vary. The major quantities of work involved in this project are: QUANTITY, MEASUREMENT, ITEM 10 Each Pole Replacement/ Installation with Excavation 15 Each Install / Replace Arm 150 Linear Feet Install Streetlight Conduit System The Project Manager for this project is Lesley Nebeker, Civil Engineer I, Transportation Division, Department of Environmental Services, Lesley.Nebeker@GreshamOregon.gov, 503-618-2472. The project completion date is 1-year from the execution date of the Contract, with the option for four 1-year renewals. The apparent low bidder will be required to have a copy of the applicable edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. This project is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for ON-CALL STREETLIGHT SYSTEM SERVICES 2023" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies.
