Tennis Center Storage Shed Construction

Scope of Work: 6.1 Contractor should build, onsite, a 12’ x 16’ Gable Shed with the following specifications: 6.1.1 Floor – No floor but walls anchored (5/8” wedge anchors every 2 – 3 feet) to existing concrete slab with treated 2x4 base. 6.1.2 Walls – 2x4 Lumber 16” on center 8’ high anchored to existing concrete slab with treated 2x4 base. 6’ metal (White) roll up door. Door should have weatherproof threshold, standard header and two locking handles. 6.1.3 Roof – 2x4 trusses with overhangs (5/12 pitch) along with plywood, tar paper and green metal (to match existing Tennis Center roof color and style). Gables should have 12” vents on each end. 6.1.4 Siding - LP Smart Side Lap Siding, Trim and Fascia – Colors to be determined 6.1.5 Electrical – 1 light socket, light switch and 110-volt outlet with conduit – Not hooked up. 6.1.6 Drawing – Bid package should come with standard drawing of the project. No need for engineered stamped drawings.
