2022 Alley Rehabilitation Program

The proposed improvements consist of rehabilitating six (6) alleys with an approximate length of 436 feet, 491 feet, 400 feet, 283 feet, 320 feet, and 150 feet respectively. The alley locations are: Crestline Court from Crestline Drive extending south 436 feet to the end, alley from 18th Street to 19th Street between Central Avenue and Bellevue Avenue, alley from 29th Street to 30th Street between Central Avenue and Bellevue Avenue, alley from 12th Street to 13th Street between Mississippi Boulevard and Brown Street, alley from 25th St. extending east 320 feet to the alley between Glenn Street and Cody Street, and the alley on Kohles Court from Grant Street extending south 150 feet and ending at the new pavement section completed last year. The proposed improvements consist of milling the existing surface and subbase placement of granular subbase and resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). The program also includes partial construction of driveways, sodding, and other work related to reconstruct the alley
