Free-Standing Modular Furniture and Installation Services

The County of Orange, through the County Executive Office/County Procurement Office, (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent” or “Respondents”) to provide Free-Standing Modular Furniture and Installation Services. The awarded contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) will be a fixed fee contract between County and the selected Respondent(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” or “Contractors” in Section III) to provide Free-Standing Modular Furniture and Installation Services , in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Model Contract, including Attachments, provided herein as Section III Model Contract.
