Description

Furnish and install approximately 80ft of 24-gauge prefinished steel medium bronze gutter, 2 concrete down spout trays, elbows, approximately 75ft of snow/ice protection bar attached to roofing ribs. Install approximately 80ft of gutter apron between roof panel and facia. All gutter materials will be of medium bronze color to match existing building color. Installation is to be on south side of building only. The successful contractor is required to perform the project as listed, including all labor, equipment, material, and supervision to complete the job according to the scope of work. The contractor can schedule the work in an order that works best for the contractor. All removed parts and debris from this job will be disposed of according to local and State regulations. Work will be performed during normal working hours of 7:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday -Thursday unless other work schedules are pre-authorized by the WAPA onsite representative. This gutter installation is located in close proximity to high voltage electric substation that will be energized during the duration of the performance of this contract. At no time shall the contractor bring any items within 11’-2” feet of an energized conductor. All work will be performed under OSHA guidelines, and the most current WAPA Power System Safety Manual. Special attention will be made to all work done off the ground. The onsite WAPA representative will discuss and approve the work methods. The Contractor is to wear the proper PPE, at a minimum, hard hat, long pants, and shirt. Contractor will give WAPA 48 hours’ notice before start of project.
