HVAC Upgrades Replacement and Renovations

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Atlanta Technical College for a HVAC Upgrades project in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform all the Work shown on the drawings and called for in the specifications entitled HVAC Upgrades (Replacements & Renovations), as prepared by TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc, who is referred to in the Bidding Documents as the Design Professional. It is the intent and it is hereby agreed that the Contractor shall perform all work covered by the Contract Documents. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision. The deadline for submitting Requests for Interpretations will be July 15, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. The last addendum will be posted on or before July 21, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. Meeting Requirements: Face Coverings may be required to access the campus buildings and the meeting depending on county requirements. We will practice social distancing during the Prebid Meeting and the Site Visit. There will be a sign-in table set up inside of the auditorium. Please bring your own pen and a business card.
