Description One new corporate hangar as part of a master plan for airport land that is available for corporate hangar development. The project will include one corporate hangar with associated utility infrastructure including site development for roadway, new entrance from West Case Road, vehicle parking, aircraft apron and taxiway. The hangar is planned to be approximately 36,400 SF with 7,100 SF of office and support space. The hangar and parking apron are sized to accommodate one Gulfstream G450, one Bombardier Challenger 350, and one Beechcraft King Air 350 with room for future fleet growth. The construction costs identified below in this RFQ are for the Hangar, Office, and associated Site work. The site development will include at a minimum; a roadway from West Case, vehicle parking, aircraft apron, and taxiway/taxi lane.
