This is a 4 unit apartment house in Cohoes. Work needs to be done in 3 of the 4 apartments. Apartments 1 and 2 will need the gas floor furnace made completely in operatable and the gas line disconnected. Then in the 2 first floor apartments a High efficiency gas wall mounted heater will need to be installed in each apartment. Total sq ft for project not available at this time.
