Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering and Other Professional Services For A Performing Arts Center and Master Plan At Old Bedford School (Reference Property Boundary Aerial Page 3 of RFQ). The City of Bedford seeks a creative and unique facility and site to serve as the focal point for arts and culture in the community. The existing house/storage buildings on site are anticipated to be demolished to construct the above mention improvements. The signage, trail, and site furnishings may be demolished, relocated or refurbished. The windmill, musical playground, water pump and bell may be relocated.
