Test Chiller Compressor

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services necessary to trouble shoot system. Contractor shall repair any items required for testing the operation of chiller mechanically and electronically at building 2014 located at 233 HALL ST, JBSA-LAK AFB, TX (Model# WME 500 Serial# STNU120200155 Chiller#1). Contractor shall be fully trained and have attended Daikin Learning institute with having successfully completed courses corresponding to the type of equipment and repair required (Course name: Magnitude® WME Generation-I Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chiller Service & Repair). Contractor shall supply the materials and service described in this document below. All work shall be conducted in compliance with the OMM_1034-4 Manufacture manual. Contractor shall have software verified and updated on Micro Tech E Controllers (OITS) and on newly repaired Magnetic bearing compressor on Chiller #1. Contractor shall replace water flow sensors (Condenser and Evaporator) and both Return/Supply temperature sensors prior to testing complete operation of both Water-Cooled Magnetic bearing Chiller (Replacement Parts Catalog List No. 0700017600). Upon completion of repairs, contractor shall preform and validate the Prestart system checklist in accordance with Manufacture manuals (IOM 1033-5). Checklist shall be filled and turned in to contracting and POC. CE shall not provide any materials, equipment or tools.
